We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, authentication data, plan status, uploaded profile images, facial analysis results, saved scan history, and technical information required to keep the service secure.
Photos you upload are used to detect facial landmarks, calculate measurements, generate scores, and create your report. We do not sell your facial images, facial measurements, or biometric-style analysis data. If you save a scan to your history, the image URL, score, metrics, and report are stored in your account until you delete them or request account deletion.
We use trusted infrastructure and automation providers to operate authentication, database storage, image processing, and AI report generation. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and are not allowed to use your data for their own advertising purposes.
We use access controls, HTTPS, authentication checks, row-level database permissions, and server-side API protection to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should only upload images you are comfortable processing through the service.
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember consent preferences, cache temporary analysis results, and improve the user experience. Browser-stored analysis data may remain on your device until you log out, clear it, or your browser removes it.
Temporary analysis data is used to generate results. Saved scans remain available in your account history. Account, profile, and billing-related records may be retained as required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data. To request deletion of your account and associated scans, contact support from your dashboard or the contact channel provided by Facealyze.
